Sound familiar

You spend all day reacting.

It's 9pm and you're doing quotes.

The billable work ends at six. Then the invoices, estimates, and "just checking in" emails happen at the kitchen table.

Leads call. Nobody picks up.

You were on a job, with a client, at your kid's practice. So they dialed the next name on their list.

Everyone says "use AI." Nobody says which.

You don't have an IT department to test twenty tools. You need the one that pays — installed and working.

This is for you if

  • You run a business with 1–50 people in Dallas–Fort Worth
  • Nobody on payroll is "the tech person"
  • You're tired of hype and want a straight answer with a real price
  • You'd move this month if you knew it would pay

The rule

A tool pays for itself, or it goes.

Every recommendation has to clear at least one bar: bring money in, hand you hours back, or raise the quality of what you ship. If it can't, I won't recommend it — no matter how impressive the demo. Especially if it's impressive.

It's not a slogan — it's the scoring system. In your written plan, every move gets a 1–5 score on each outcome, and only strong composites make the cut.

Services

Start small. Go only as deep as it pays.

Every engagement starts with the assessment — I don't recommend moves I haven't checked the math on.

Proof · the pilot plan

Real plan. Real numbers.

The pilot assessment — a solo agent running a 22-state insurance book — surfaced five moves, ranked, priced, and checked against his compliance constraints:

3.5 hrs Recoverable weekly
$750 Monthly value (est.)
~13× Return on tool spend

Consultant estimates from the written plan, assuming $50/hour — every number labeled, conservative by default. The first recommendation was a free 10-minute fix, not a subscription.

And the second client: me

I run small businesses myself — a youth sports program, a consulting practice, an invoicing product — on the same systems I set up for clients:

  • Meeting notes that turn themselves into client-ready reports
  • A CRM that updates itself after every call and email
  • Invoices chased and deployments monitored while I sleep
  • Parent communications for a full sports season, drafted and scheduled
  • A morning brief that reads my inbox, calendar, and the news before I do

Ask on our call, and I'll show you any of these running live.

Who you're working with

Operator first. Consultant second.

I'm Omar. I live in Dallas–Fort Worth and I've spent years on the systems side of small business — consulting, youth sports, software. I've been the owner doing invoices at 9pm. That's the whole reason this company exists.

No junior team. No hand-offs. No offshore queue. You get me.

Why "Corner Three"?

Named for the smartest shot in basketball.

The three-point line is 23'9" at the top of the arc — but only 22 feet in the corners. Shortest three on the floor, most points per attempt. Smart teams design whole offenses to create it.

That's the philosophy here, minus the jersey: skip the low-percentage hero moves everyone's selling, and take the short, high-value shot — again and again — from the unglamorous corners of the business where the hours actually leak. To be clear: I fix operations, not jump shots.

Straight answers

Questions? Good.

What does the assessment cost?

$499 through October 2026 — launch pricing while I stack Dallas–Fort Worth case studies — then it goes to $999. If the plan doesn't surface at least one move worth more than the fee, I refund it.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

It's the point. You don't need to become a tool expert — you need someone who says "this one, here's why, here's the real monthly cost," then sets it up with you and teaches it until it's impossible to misunderstand.

We're tiny — two people. Too small?

Teams of one are some of my favorite clients — they feel the wasted hours the most. Concierge starts at $750/mo because a three-person shop shouldn't pay enterprise retainers.

Which tools do you sell?

None. No reseller margins, no referral kickbacks. You own every account and every login. I recommend whatever clears the bar for your business — and I'll tell you when the answer is a $0 setting change, not a subscription.

Is this a basketball thing?

No — it's an AI consulting practice for small businesses. The name comes from basketball's highest-value shot, because that's how I pick your moves: shortest distance, biggest payoff. The metaphor ends there; the work is quotes, calls, calendars, and paperwork.

What if AI honestly can't help us?

Then the plan says so — and the free call probably catches it first. I'd rather tell you "not yet" than sell you a science project.

Tell me what's eating your week.

Fifteen minutes. Bring the task you dread. Leave with the fix, the tool, and the real price — or an honest "AI can't help with that yet."
