About

Operator first. Consultant second.

Corner Three is a one-person practical-AI shop based in Dallas–Fort Worth and working everywhere, run by me — Omar. I run small businesses myself, build the systems that keep them out of the owner's evenings, and help other owners do the same with AI that actually pays.

The name, properly explained

22 feet beats 23'9".

Basketball's three-point line isn't one distance. It's 23'9" at the top of the arc — and 22 feet in the corners. Same three points, shorter shot. That's why the corner three is the most efficient jumper in the game, why analytics departments obsess over it, and why smart teams design entire offenses to create open corners.

Most AI advice sells you the half-court heave: the flashy, low-percentage moonshot. Corner Three is the opposite bet — your business wins on the short, repeatable, high-value shot. And those shots live in the unglamorous corners: quoting, invoicing, follow-up, scheduling, the same twenty questions answered again and again.

Shortest distance. Most points per attempt. That's the whole philosophy.

Who I am

I've been the owner doing invoices at 9pm.

I've spent years on the systems side of small business — a consulting practice, a youth sports program, a software product. I know what it is to answer the same question for the fortieth time, to chase an invoice at the kitchen table, to wonder where the week went.

That's what I bring that a big-firm deck can't: every play I recommend is one I've run in my own businesses first. On our call, ask and I'll show you the live systems — the CRM updating itself, the invoices chasing themselves, the morning brief that reads my inbox before I do.

Home base is Dallas–Fort Worth, and it shows — the first clients are the businesses I drive past and buy from. But this work travels well: it happens over a screen share, and the systems don't care about your zip code.
