Practical AI for small business

The biggest wins in your business are hiding in the corners.

Invoices, follow-ups, scheduling, the same twenty questions — I find the few AI moves with the biggest payoff and help you take them. Plain English. No hype.

Why "Corner Three"?

Named for the smartest shot in basketball.

The three-point line is 23'9" at the top of the arc — but only 22 feet in the corners. Shortest three on the floor, most points per attempt. Smart teams design whole offenses to create it.

That's the philosophy here, minus the jersey: skip the low-percentage hero moves everyone's selling, and take the short, high-value shot — again and again — from the unglamorous corners of the business where the hours actually leak.

It's also the rule: every move has to bring money in, hand you hours back, or raise quality — or it doesn't make your plan. To be clear: I fix operations, not jump shots.

For owner-operators · dental & medical offices · HVAC & trades · executives · nonprofits

Start with the corner that's costing you most.

Two minutes of questions, or thirty minutes on the phone. Either way you leave with a straight answer and a real price — or an honest "AI can't help with that yet."
